Eligibility Requirements:
1. Applicant must be a graduating
senior who plans to pursue a degree in
the field of dance at a college, university,
conservatory, or dance institute.

2. Applicant must be a legal resident
and attend school in Polk County or one
of the bordering counties of Boone,
Dallas, Jasper, Madison, Marion, Story,
or Warren.

3. Applicant may submit individual
tapes in any of the following categories:
ballet, modern, jazz, or tap.

4. The scholarship award is to be used
for tuition and mandatory fees for a full-
time academic program for the 2008-
2009 academic year.
